Return Policies

Kissaki Shears is dedicated to customer satisfaction.  If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you may return your item for an exchange or refund.  Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase.  The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable*
• Item must be repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear or damage from misuse.
• Item must be returned to us no later than 14 days from day of receipt.
